Do you think that you would want to eat with a local family while you were on vacation? Why or why not? What do you think about the apps that she talked about in the video? Would you use these apps? Why or why not?

I would not eat at a local family's house, and I would not use these apps. Since restaurants need to be checked by safety and health inspectors, it seems kind of dangerous, not to mention creepy, to eat at a stranger's house.
ReplyDeleteI believe that I would like to eat with a local family while on vacation because it would give me a feel as to how their food is prepared and how local foods should taste. I feel as if these apps are very beneficial for people whop want to travel. If I was to be traveling on vacation I probably would use these apps because it would allow me to try something new and experience something that I do not usually experience.

ReplyDeleteNo I would not eat with a local family on vacation because I don't know them and it'll be awkward and dangerous. I would use the apps that she talked about rather than eating with strangers because I could find restaurants I might have interest in and it'll be less dangerous.

ReplyDeleteNo I would not like to dine with a local family. Mainly because they could be sour, and not clap for their two times tag champions. Secondly they could be deranged serial killers who want to suplex you through a solid steel table. Finally you might not be able to see them.

ReplyDeleteI would not want to eat with a local family because it will be kind of weird to eat with random people that you have never eaten with. I think the apps are pretty cool because it is easier to find hotels and have your vacation set so when you get there you have nothing to worry about but relaxing.

They seem to be helpful to people when they go to new places and don't know exactly what their options are and what other people think about those various places.

That means i will go to the top restaurants and treat myself because i'm on vacation. The apps the lady mentioned are pretty neat, but like i said before, i would not use these apps because i would not like to stay at another individuals house or even eat dinner with them.

I personally believe that I would not enjoy eating with a local family that I don't know because they are strangers and because I never know what they put in the food. I think that I would enjoy using the apps because I can see the reviews of what other people think are good restaurants.

I also wouldn't you the apps because the apps mess up and you do not want to spend alot of money on food when you could have a home cooked meal at home with your real family.
